Using the service
You may use Agency Sales Tracker to track legitimate sales activity for your own workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including any personal data about leads or prospects, and you confirm you have the right to record that data.
Accounts and workspaces
Workspace owners manage their members, roles, and billing. Users must keep their login details secure and are responsible for activity under their account.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes limited usage as described on the pricing page. Pro billing is monthly per workspace and processed by Stripe when enabled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another workspace's data, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, or use the service to harass any individual.
Availability
The product is provided as software in active development. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from bugs.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLP Media Ltd is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
