Who we are
Agency Sales Tracker is operated by SLP Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15024414. Our registered office is 35 Brassmill Lane, Bath, England, BA1 3JE.
Data we collect
We collect account details such as your display name and email address, workspace membership and role, dial activity (stage reached, outcome, objection, handled flag, notes, timestamps), and billing identifiers where Stripe is used for Pro plans.
How we use data
We use data to provide the product, authenticate users, isolate workspaces, display analytics, process billing, support users, detect abuse, and improve the service.
Security
Workspace data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) and protected by authentication plus Row Level Security policies that isolate each workspace at the database layer. Even a hostile authenticated user inspecting network traffic cannot read another workspace's data.
Processors
Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure. Stripe provides payment processing when Pro billing is enabled. Vercel provides static site hosting. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any third party except as needed to operate the service.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting SLP Media Ltd. Pro workspaces can self-serve a full JSON export of workspace data from the admin dashboard.
